Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Physician at Lincoln Urgent Care, Granite Bay Urgent Care, and/or Lincoln Urgent Care Roseville. We have a very high volume and high acuity urgent care, so the expectation is that applicants have experience in emergency medicine or extensive experience in a high acuity urgent care. Applicants should be able to think quickly on their feet and be able to use critical judgement and resources to keep patients out of the ER if safe. We have labs including d-Dimer, Troponin, and chemistries, so knowledge of the proper use of those tests is necessary, as well as the ability to interpret EKGs and X-rays. Additionally, applicants should be efficient in seeing patients and making dispositions. Our patients expect excellence, and that is what we wish to continue to deliver. Part of the role is also supervising and teaching mid-levels as well. We foster a collaborative workplace where providers are encouraged to share knowledge and experience to provide better care. This is NOT your typical urgent care, and please read our reviews on Google to understand the kind of service our patients are given. For the right physician who can help grow the business, profit sharing with time is available as well.
